Stories play a vital role in our work and lives .Our images shown here tell stories and our stories are reflected at site. The whole theme for the development of the landscape was based on "BAKING process"...the gazebo represents the oven where it also serves the purpose of having outdoor meetings and discussions and the ramp coming down which is designed in a very artistic turf and lawn mound represents the conveyor belt throwing out the cookies ..This ramp also offers seating at different levels and this productive lawn area serves as recreational and gathering areas. AS visitors approach the building the water feature acts as a focal point and the bold Company name makes a remarkable ever lasting impression.
The overall planting palate is planned to feel completely tropical hence maintaining a lush environment throughout the year with splashes of colour, with flowering trees and shrubs occurring seasonally. The design has tall and ever-green buffer planting in areas behind the gazebo to cut down the sunlight while the spaces around the lawn area are covered with foliage and flowering shrubs and ground cover to only add colour to the space....The story never ends ....

Located in the heart of a new industrial area in Bangalore, Client wanted the landscape to be an iconic construction which is “simple but must-be-impressive”.
The client is involved in manufacturing various FRP or fibre reinforced products . Although factories are usually figured by purely pragmatic boxes for its efficiency and flexibility, we were strongly asked to design landscape for this factory to be an aesthetic object while functionality means everything, with a limited budget but on the other hand, could offer a fresh working environment for all the workers and employees.

The garden is geometrically elegant and seeks to create harmony and balance through a juxtaposition of repeating elements in both hard and soft landscaping with loose and relaxed planting The emphasis in the planting is green, in hundreds of shades, using the effects of foliage over flowers.
Each area has a unique concept. The garden is a composition or score revealed in parts through the experience of distinct garden rooms. Each room has its own character and mood expressed in different colours, textures, forms and gestures. The choreography of each expresses different influences and ideas as well as responding to practical factors such as aspect and existing building types. the common thread throughout the garden is its preoccupation with expressing movement, as well as its recurrent use of materials and planting.
The plants in the garden have a water-efficient character and are ideal for areas that have periodic water shortages. They are all suited to an open, sunny, well-drained garden. There is strong architectural planting with year-round evergreen interest by ground cover provided to complement the shapes of the hard landscaping.
As per Mr Pradip "An imaginative, well planned design that synergistically compliments the architectural and environmental dynamics of thisproperty is the foundation to a successful Landscape that will ensure an aesthetically pleasing, yet practical end-result of lasting enjoyment and value.
